Presbyterians trace their history to the 16th century and the Protestant Reformation. Our heritage and much of what we believe began with John Calvin (1509-1564), whose writings crystallized much of the Reformed thinking that came before him.

The 4-Way Test which is the premise of Rotary International, spells out the values that are similarly aligned with our church. 1. Is it the TRUTH? 2. Is it FAIR to All Concerned? 3. Will it build GOODWILL and Better Friendships? 4. Will it be BEBEFICIAL to All Concerned?

Our Organists
First Presbyterian Church is very blessed to have not one, but two organists, Bonnie Fehrenbacher
When Bonnie and Max head south as they do every winter, Peg steps in and fills those services. Bonnie has been with First Presbyterian for about 15-20 years. She and her husband Max lived in St. Croix Falls for many years but then relocated to Blaine to be closer to grandchildren…but she does love playing the piano and the organ so she continued her position with us.
